DI Watch List - April 02, 2025
112 U.S. Companies with Confirmed, Undisclosed SEC Investigations
We have unusually high activity on the Watch List this past month. A couple months ago I told you we had a large number of companies where we had research-in-process, awaiting new information. That wave has hit, in force, taking the Watch List to the largest number of companies with confirmed, and ongoing undisclosed SEC investigations we’ve ever had. The backlog of research-in-process also remains one of the biggest we’ve ever seen. Those reports will start coming out in April.
As a small, independent provider of investment research, Disclosure Insight gives you something none of the major Wall Street firms can ever give you. Please tell others. As always, I thank you for your support. - John

When we alert you to existence of an undisclosed SEC probe, that means we filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on the company in question and have a response, in black-and-white, on government letterhead that supports our statement. The only thing we know at this time is that the investigation(s) somehow pertains to the conduct, transactions, and/or disclosures of the companies referenced.
